It was our first time here and we really enjoyed it. The Bavarian menu (4 courses) was varied in taste and suitable for the amount. The carpaccio from the scallops tasted better than fried. The best was the curry soup. The sauce for the steak was a little too onion-heavy. The chocolate dessert was plentiful.
The selection of drinks we found astrein! The location is great easy to reach! The convenient transport links makes a food trip prompt feasible. The staff was quick, cared and friendly. I found the offer extremely sympathetic.
My husband and I were there together and each one of us ordered something different - I can say I tasted a tad of each and it was awesome. The place is extremely stylishly furnished. Not a cheap decoration, instead it was very much in color very good looking coordinated on each other. Not only the attentive staff was on my visit the absolute hit, but also the great flair. We are completely positively surprised. We both will definitely come back.

We were allowed to enjoy these great culinary arts at our wedding! 98% of our guests were thrilled, of course you can not meet every taste. The hospitality and the whole appearance of the kitchen and the chef were great! Immediately again!

Mr. Grasmeier was our caterer at our wedding 2016. We chose him because of the many positive recommendations and definitely made the right decision. Then we decided to have our wedding day always to him to eat !! The prices may be a bit higher, but the quality of the food is worth every penny. It is always something special for us and I hope that we can "celebrate" many other wedding anniversaries !! Big praise !!

Probably an insider tip ... So hidden is the Espertklause also ... The restaurant is not big. It is located on two levels. The table distances are pleasant. I like the decoration personally, it is not intrusive. The chef cooks here personally. In the service, he is supported by his alter ego in the form of an always encountered waitress who understands her subject as well. The advice is friendly, competent and unobtrusive. The atmosphere is not formal, in upscale casual clothes you can dine well here. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired for me. I like to come here again and again. As a rule, there are three menus, including one vegetarian, from which one can choose. Personally, I like to eat the menus because I think you should not destroy the imaginary composition. The food is very well presented. Mostly the topic is varied on the plate, so there are z.b. the liver as ice cream and as a pate. This is the same as cooking today at a high level. The quality of the ingredients corresponds to the level on which Mr. Grasmeier cooks. In terms of taste, every visit is once again a pleasure, a pleasure and an incentive for my own cooking. So there were variants of the red beds here. Then I discovered this vegetable again for myself. I regularly take the wine accompaniment. I have not been disappointed. The wines were always very good companions of the respective course. Maybe secret tip is wrong, because yes listed in the Michelin ... But the Gault Millau has not yet found the Espert Klaust ..

Good quality food at high prices. Good wine selection, if only a lot on request. Decoration in the restaurant not 100% successful, company vacation during the main wedding / catering period - respect.
Every year at Christmas we go from Munich to Mainburg to eat really fine, for me a three-star restaurant, unfortunately not yet discovered by Michelin. Small, elegant dining hallmark, few places, so a table reservation is recommended. Very attentive and experienced service. For eating and drinking what is good for the palate. Kudos to the chef and his hardworking team.

One of the best and finest restaurants in the area. First-class cuisine for people who appreciate very good food / wines in the associated atmosphere.
We were recently due to recommendation in the Espert-Klause guest. The outside of the house is not inviting (very bad 70's façade), but what we experienced in the beautiful restaurant, but exceeded the expectations considerably. The food was almost perfect. With the wines is still some air up, but very fair prices. In the restaurant we were the only wine drinkers. That explains a lot. And the boss a very sympathetic host. We will be back!!!
